Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations within less than 24 hours of the appointment time, as well
as no shows will be charged 100% of the service booked.
This is Tammy’s business and does understand things happen but not showing up to your appointment is not only disappointing to her but for her other clients who would have taken that appointment.

• If you are late to your appointment, please contact Tammy ASAP if you are 10 minutes past your appointment you will be charged for a no show and your appointment will be cancelled if you do not contact Tammy.
Tammy cannot fulfil your service if you are 10 minutes or more late to your appointment. Once you run late that sets a chain reaction off for the rest of the clients booked in that day. If you think you are going to be late, please let her know ASAP.

• Appointment reminder.
42 hours prior to your appointment you are sent an email and/or text asking you to confirm your appointment.

• Arrive 5 minutes early.
Please try and arrive at least 5 minutes early to your appointment. This helps Tammy’s day run smoothly.

• When arriving to your appointment please do not expect more services to be added to your original booking time.
If on the odd chance Tammy completes your service/s earlier than expected and has time to squeeze in a brow wax or nail art etc she can do so but only on the condition that she has the time.

• If you are booked for multiple services and no longer require one of those services, please let Tammy know more that 48 hours prior to arriving to your appointment.
In doing so lets Tammy contact someone on the wait list to fill that time slot.

Regular No Show + Late Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations within less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of their appointment cost.

• No shows are charged 100% of their appointment cost.

Should any of the above fees be charged to your name you must pay them prior to any future services being booked within the salon.

All future appointments will now require deposits regardless of service required. All deposits must be paid to secure your appointment time.
